With Houston as our near neighbor, the city of Conroe, TX is doing things up right, and celebrating the moon landing with fun events and a remarkable greeting from the International Space Station.

When Is The Anniversary Being Celebrated?

Neil Armstrong first set foot on the moon on July 20, 1969, and the Conroe celebration will take place on July 20, 2019. Festivities will be going on between 7pm and 10 pm, with events scheduled at specific times throughout the evening.
