It’s back in town! Conroe, TX community members have access to a new way to approach fitness! Whether you’re always looking for some new way to stay in shape or you’re at the very beginning of a brand new journey toward fitness, the Grand Central Park Fit & Fun Fair has something for everyone. Learn all about fun (and quirky) ways to stay healthy!

What Is This?

The Grand Central Fit & Fun Fair grants you access to a world of all things fitness. From the zany (try a yoga class with a goat) to food trucks, fitness related vendors, live music, games, family-friendly activities (for the little ones, too), and a whole host of classes to introduce you to things like Zumba, it’s sure to be a (healthy) good time.

When Is It?

Enjoy learning all about different ways to stay in shape when you attend this fitness fair on Saturday, March 23rd, 2019 from 11am to 2pm.

The fair will take place at Grand Central Park Lake House, which you may find at the following address:

How Much Does It Cost?

Attending the fair is free, as are the Zumba class and the bootcamp class. In order to enjoy yoga with a goat, you will pay $10 per person!
